Te Ata Pō is a beginner-friendly programme offering a very basic grounding in te reo Māori and application of tikanga and Māori worldview, combining face to face classes with self-directed learning support in our online learning platform (Moodle).

Te Ata Pō is an introductory cultural capability programme designed to help people engage with te reo Māori and te ao Māori with greater confidence. 

Participants learn practical pronunciation, everyday greetings, introductions, karakia, and waiata that can be applied immediately in workplace, community, and professional settings.
